Tatiana Beger
Chief Technology Officer
She is our Chief Technology Officer at Pegaso Tecnología, her experience and knowledge focuses on the integration of IT solutions, Business and System architectures, Software Development Process Improvement; including methodologies, technologies and tools as well as Standards and Business Application Development and Integration.
Prior to her current position within Pegaso Tecnologia, for nearly 14 years, Tatiana Beger had several positions in the Information Technology area in the Mexican Tax Administration Service (SAT), concluding her term as the Chief Director for the Application Development and Data Warehouse Area of such Institution with more than 400 people in charge and more than 300 concurrent projects.
She managed several Software Development and Integration projects oriented to solve Taxpayers issues, improve Tax Collection and enhance Customs Services. She also developed Decision Support Systems (DSS) based on Statistical Analysis, Risk Management and Data Mining.
During her term, several projects obtained the Innova recognition for its commitment in the consolidation of a Good Government, granted by the Office of the President for Innovation and Governmental Quality.
Tatiana Beger was born in Russia, she has a Master's degree in Engineering Sciences from the D.I. Mendeleyev University of Chemical Technology of Russia.

Edgardo De La Rosa Pineda
Chief Operations Officer
He is the Director of Service Support at Pegaso Tecnología, having the Help Desk, Operations and Infrastructure teams under his responsibility, supporting the internal operation of the company and external customers who have services under the ASP model. His main competencies are the ability to plan and execute projects for the implementation of Data Centers, operating processes and procedures and support Managed Services through methodologies, maturity models and Best International Practices.
The Data Center he manages has advanced levels of automation and standardized delivery processes, hosts complex infrastructure solutions and business applications under multiple computing and telecommunication platforms, with standardized delivery processes, totally secured environments managed and quality of services of an order corresponding to critical mission facilities, applicable to companies and governments of any size.
Before joining Pegaso Tecnología, Edgardo was the administrator of Quality and Continuous Improvement of SAT systems, having responsibility for the implementation of a Software Factory aligned to the CMMI-3 model.
Other important projects include the engineering of a cellular communications network, the Architecture and Computing Infrastructure used for the operation of telecommunications companies, considering the main operating processes aligned with the eTOM model. The deep knowledge of the telecommunications processes allowed the development of proprietary OSS solutions and commercial product implementations for the operation of Telecommunication Companies.
His experience in the area of Software Development and Telecommunications allows him to have a clear understanding of the needs of the Software Development, Operations and Support teams to be able to define processes and integrated methodologies for end-to-end solutions.
Edgardo De La Rosa Pineda has 12 years in the industry and obtained a Master's Degree in Administration and Telecommunications from the Technological Institute of Monterrey and a Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences from the UPIICSA National Polytechnic Institute.

Saúl González González
Chief Commercial Officer
Saúl González González is originally from Mexico City; He has a Degree in Cybernetics and Computational Systems Engineering from La Salle College. He has studies in innovation practices, project management and best practices worldwide.
He has more than 10 years of experience in tax documents and e-commerce. He directed and took part of some committees such as the regulatory committee of AMEXIPAC (Mexican Association of Authorized Certification Providers), the Technology Committee of same organization electronic documents of AMITI, the electronic media and logistics committees of GS1 Mexico and has been a speaker in various forums organized by the government and private industry on the subject of e-commerce.
Within Pegaso Tecnología is responsible for verifying that the solutions meet the business functionality and fiscal compliance ensuring the continuous improvement and regulatory framework of our Digital Fiscal Solutions and currently holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer in the same company.
